A new edition

Today I bought a rice cooker. Judy, the new Korean teacher insisted that I get one. So we treked down to the local Beautiful store (Salvation Army). Inside we were in luck and found a pretty big rice cooker (on the right) and a crockpot (on the left). I couldn't pass up the crockpot because it has never been used and cost only $9 plus the rice cooker at $5, I think I did pretty good. Now when I come home and only have 45 minutes to eat dinner then leave for Taekwondo (TKD) I can have food ready!

Anyway, other than that nothing new is really going on. Today I had my first Open House class. It went pretty well I guess but the parents think that I give too much homework...Tomorrow and Friday I have more Open House classes. I am somewhat nervous but my kids are really smart so I am not too worried about it.

Jill, I have no idea what jail is...Korean rice isn't as sticky as many other Asian rices although comparitively it is sticky to me. You should be jealous, I am in love with the food here...
Mom, I am thinking about it. If I can get a Costco card I can go there and buy a turkey, other than that turkey isn't really that easy to find.
