Something New...

Today I tried another new food called gopchang. You'll never believe it but I didn't really like it that much. It is made from the small intestines of pork. It's not that that fact grosses me out or anything, in general the texture and taste was really weird. It is kind of a delicacy here though, many people like it or love it. I'm really just not a fan. It is commonly eaten dipped in soy sauce and wrapped in pieces of radish. The soy sauce and radish were really yummy. Anyway, here is my pic:
